Thanks for your e-mail. I am already back in my office remembering the great time my friends and I had in your country. We are very happy with your organisation. Everything was as planned and we really enjoyed our holiday time.

Just a few comments:

Regarding the guides and drivers, they were all very nice and ready to help with any issue. But without doubt, the best ones (both driver and guide) were those in Varanasi, also the car in that city was the best one. Our only complaints regarding guides is that some of them really need to improve their Spanish. As I told you in previous e-mails, some people in the group don´t follow explanations in English, so this was a handicap if the Spanish explanations were not very clear. Anyway, we managed and we enjoyed our sightseeing tours.

Regarding hotels, the ones in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur were perfect. The others ones were just "enough", but I suppose that they were the best ones availables, weren´t they?. For example, the building and environment for the one in Bikaner is just amazing, but rooms and corridors need a really big restoration. Having said that, I really would like to thank you for your help in organising the itinerary and for making everything ready for us.

We will really recommend your company to our friends and hope to use your services again in the future.

Hope that you are fine. My sincerest apologises for not emailing you sooner, after my trip to India. I have been moving from country to country and thankfully I have finally settled. With regards the my Indovision experience, my comments are as follows:

Firstly let me note that myself and another female friend were traveling alone together and as such we were extremely worried about the fact that we would be traveling by ourselves. I must say that Indovision offered me the assurance and comfort even before hand to ensure that our trip was properly well planned out and that there was no need for me to worry unnecessarily. Before my trip, all my questions were answered by your dedicated team and the information you provided me with, I thought to be extremely relevant and helpful.

As we arrived, we were promptly met by your representative: Shri who was easily identifiable. Shri was most welcoming and helped us by keeping us informed with regards to our itinerary for the duration of our stay. Shri ensured that we were properly checked into our hotel and then arrangements were made with us for commencing the tour of Delhi, the following morning.

We were very pleased with all of your services, ranging from the telephone calls you made to us during our stay, to the hotels and tour services we received, but most of all Shri made the trip complete. Those 5-6 hour journeys flew by so quickly and we really enjoyed both the manner and passion in which he put into making our stay enjoyable. We were able to learn several phrases in hindi from Shri and more about the culture surrounding India. These conversations I will never forget.

Overall we were pleased with each of the hotels, however we thought that the hotel in Jaipur was a bit less than we expected. Hotel Broadway in Delhi and Hotel Amar in Agra were both very comfortable and modern amenities were provided, however we felt that the hotel in Jaipur was a bit sub-standard since the air conditioning and many other facilities were not working properly. With respect to the services of the tour guides, we enjoyed in particular the services of our tour guide in Delhi and in Agra. The other two tour guides did not offer proper advice and we were slightly disappointing. However our experiences with both the first and the last tour guides were enough to make our time enjoyable.

The tour package was very well planned out and left enough time for leisure. Our driver Shri was extremely flexible and facilitating to our needs. We were sent off with a large dinner at Hotel Broadway which we enjoyed quite a lot along with our complimentary elephant ride in Jaipur.

I will recommend Indovision to anyone traveling to India. The experience we had was unforgettable and the memories of time well spent (not having to worry about arrangements) will be cherished forever. Thank you for your superb services and in particular those offered by Shri. Your tour is definitely one of the best! Thank you once again.

i am sorry i took so long in answering to your fax, but i like to thank you very much for the good trip we enjoyed in your beautifull country. i must emphasis the extreme curtosy and kindess of our driver during the trip we really enjoyed his company. regarding the guides as we saw quite a few it is normal that some were better than others. also quality of the hotels varied, service also varied but i think this was due to being in low turist season (some were refurbishing rooms or doing up the swimming pools) but on the hole the trip was a great success and we really enjoyed it very much. i personally look forward to visit your country again because the experiece has been totally positive and i think your organization demonstrated to be very profesional. i am sorry it is all over.
