We wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you to all our guides- our guide in Delhi was very good (I cannot remember his name- sorry!), Priya in Amritsar and Abi in Jaipur were excellent but the top prize should go to Doctor Vinny in Agra whose knowledge and obvious enthusiasm for his subject brought the whole experience alive for us both! Many thanks to them all.

We also wanted to say a special thank you to our excellent driver- again I do not know his name! Despite his limited English he was professional, punctual, unflappable and dependable. He got used to buying us bottles of water (at a lower rate than we would have been charged I am sure) and his driving skills both over the Indian roads and in the cities were amazing! Please do let him know how much we appreciated his attention!

Finally I wanted to say a special thank you to you both. As you may remember when I booked the trip I described myself as a nervous traveler. You ensured that we were looked after with the utmost skill and we felt very safe and sure in your hands. Déjà à la maison, je viens de retrouver un instant de repos, et je profite pour vous passer le mail que je vous avait promis. Nous sommes très, très contents de tout le voyage. D'abord, l'Inde est un pays incroyable, diferant pour nous. Les gents très aimables, gentils et très proches. Le Nepal aussi, merveilleux, et survoler l'Himalaya une expérience qui mérite de se faire. Nous aimons beaucoup voyager, et connaître la culture, l'art, et les moeurs des pays; nous melanger et nous comuniquer avec les gents, avoir surtout notre temps et liberté d'action.

Mais tout ça, a été possible grâces à votre genial programme. Tout a été très bien organisé. Les horaires, les vols, les visites... Les hotels magnifiques, diferents selon le site, et ça nous plaît beaucoup. Peût être si vous permetez, l'hotel Vista à Delhi, on a trouvé que c'est un bon hotel, la chambre grande et bien placée, le service très gentils, mais nous pensons que c'est un hotel qui vient de commencer son fonctionemment, et les gents qui s'en occupent, très gentils, bien sûr, mais avec une faute de connaissence comme professionels, il leur faut un peut de temps. Ce n'est pas un reproche, du tout, au contraire, nous pensons que pour notre programme il était le mieux placé, entre l'aeroport et la cité. Dans quelque temps, quand les travaux du metro seront finis, cet hotel sera parfait. Il faut le tenir en compte.

Parlons des voitures, très confortables, et les choffeurs... excellents! Messieur Nandi à Delhi, est devenu comme un ami pour nous.On a fait pas mal de Km. ensemble, et toujours si agréable et gentil. Mr. Vijaja, du Sud, à Bangalore, aussi, très gentil, et très professionels.

L'an prochain, nous reviendrons à Anantapur quelques jours, mais on profitera pour faire Mumbai, Kerala, etc. On en parlera.

Merci bien aussi de votre gentillesse, de venir nous saluer à Delhi, et enfin, merci beaucoup pour tout. Votre organisation merite un excellent!

Just a line to say how much Dave and I enjoyed our recent trip which you organised for us. We wanted you to know that everything worked "like clockwork" thank you!

We were so impressed by the care of the local representatives (particularly at Ranthambore). I think it would help you to secure future business from enquirers (particularly from the UK who are not used to such a service!) if you were to emphasise the assistance offered at each stop along the way when you give a quote for your services.

We particularly enjoyed the Ista experience - the staff and surroundings are just superb (though not officially open until 21 March). The Pugmark is a lovely place to stay and again great staff. We enjoyed staying at the Mahal Khaus for a one-night experience but feel they have some way to go in understanding their business and service.

Finally many thanks to Nandangiri who looked after us all the way.

We hope to return to India yet again and will be pleased to use your services once again - Thank you.

No se si sabe que tuvimos un problema con el vuelo interno de Varanasi a Kajuraho,no hubo vuelo, dijeron que por la niebla en Kajuraho, pero yo creo que lo anularon por que habia pocos viajeros para el vuelo, la compañia Kisinger nos puso un cohe hasta destino, un viaje muy duro (10 horas), por unas carreteras malas en algunos tramos, pero nos sirvio para ver un poco mas de su estupendo pais.

Dipa and I arrived back in the UK yesterday evening. I wanted to thank you for arranging such an excellent trip for us around Agra and Rajasthan. We really enjoyed it and saw some beautiful sights. I think we could have used a day or two extra as we covered some long distances in quite a short time.I will certainly recommend you to any of my friends who might arrange a similar trip.

The hotels were generally very good. The Balsamand Garden Retreat was excellent, very relaxed and beautiful setting. The Comfort Inn in Delhi was actually very good and well located - you should certainly use that for your future clients. However, we were disappointed with the Karohi Haveli in Udaipur: it is still unfinished and the room was very basic.

Regarding payment, my father spoke to the branch manager at his State Bank, who confirmed that the cheque should now have cleared. Have you now received the funds? If not, please let me know and I will ask my father to follow up.As a final point, my parents are going to be in Kolkata until end January, and might like to visit Agra for 2-3 days. If they decide to do so, I will contact you to arrange their trip.

We have been back a week now but my head is still full of the fantastic experiences from our trip!
Thanks to you and your colleagues we all had a fantastic time. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and things were so well organised. I have already recommended you to two friends!
It was perfect for what we were seeking - a cultural experience, for all the senses. The guides and drivers were all very good.

Feedback on hotels (although, as I say, everyone was very friendly and helpful):
- Delhi Siddarth - good standard, modern, nothing exciting, but a no risk hotel for the first night
- Kathmandu Yak & Yeti - good again, but the rooms are in need of some refurbishment/redecorating, since they are dark, especially the bathrooms
- Varanasi - Ramada Plaza - good, but a fairly standard 'western' feel, could have been anywhere
- Khajuraho - Raddison - very new, very bright and light, very clean. But no lift for rooms on first floor.
- Agra - Grand Imperial - we liked this place - it was a bit quirky, but huge rooms and nice grounds to relax in. Food was limited and slow
- Ranthambore - Dev Vilas - excellent - new, clean, bright, exceptionally friendly people
- Jaipur - Samode Haveli - magnificent! The rooms we had were excellent - a real sense of being in a palace, and a great pool area.
- Delhi - Intercontinental Grand - impressive if untypical. Again, a good way to end, given the resources of such a hotel, BUT, and very important, the pool was shut for refurbishment - indeed, does it have an outdoor pool? Somewhere to relax outside??

A suggestion: the buffet in hotels is always OK, but not inspiring, and a tourist has no idea where else to go, so it would be a good idea to have a (short, perhaps 5) list of alternatives for meals out. For example, in Kathmandu Rum Doodle was well worth going to, great fun, but the place we were taken to in Agra wasn't. I don't imagine most people would eat 'out', but having an option would help, and two weeks of buffets is too much!

Overall, a wonderful experience, and well organised.

We wish to say how much we enjoyed our visit to India. The itinerary was well organized and the representatives were helpful and courteous. The hotels were comfortable and clean but we had problems with three of the hotels: the Broadway in Delhi and the hotel India in Varanasi had noisy ventilation systems which disturbed our sleep. The hotel Amar in Agra did not provide the Murghal room as specified until we requested the change. The other hotels - Bissau Palace and Usha Bundela were very stylish, comfortable and most satisfactory.

The drivers were skillful, punctual and helpful. Our driver from Delhi to Agra Mr. Radhe-Shyam Yadav was especially helpful and attentive. He was friendly and polite and most obliging. We would recommend him as a driver, to clients when they book a tour with your company.
Overall an interesting and enjoyable holiday.
