Bonjour Anil,

Merci pour l’organisation de ce magnifique circuit. Les Chauffeurs, notre accompagnateur et les guides locaux ont toujours été très disponibles. Les hôtels ont toujours été très agréables sauf le Marina à Delhi ( sans aucun charme ).

Maintenant, quelques petits regrets : quelques fois nous n’avons pas eu les chambres demandées ( pas de lits séparés pour les enfants ).

A l’hôtel Jagat Niwa palace de Udaipur, une chambre n’avez pas de fenêtre, sûrement pas la même catégorie que les 3 autres.

Les enfants ont été très déçu de ne pas pouvoir monté au fort d’Amber à dos d’éléphant.

Le dernier soir à Delhi, il a été difficile de trouver un restaurant dans le quartier à cause de la fête des lumières, le restaurant de l’hôtel et le restaurant que nous avait indiqué notre guide étaient fermés.

Fini les petites critiques, encore une fois merci de la part de nous tous pour toutes vos prestations.

Also thanks to you men who did their utmost to make out holiday unforgettable. Say goodbye to Kamal our driver in Rajasthan. Also it must be siad that the guide and the driver in Sikkim were Very good.

Find attached our list with hotel ratings. It is mybe ot fair to have many complaints but the hotels in Bikaner, Agra and Pelling I would not recommend.

The Howard Plaza hotel in Agra could be a very good hotel but the AC was switched of and the windows could not be opened.

The itinerary was very well planned and included enough time for all the sights. We felt like we had plenty of activities and free time included.

I want to strongly commend our driver, Surjeet Singh. He was extremely competent and always calm, even in the worst of the traffic. His expertise made us feel safe and his willingness to share his experience made us feel like we got to take with us a little piece of India.

Die Reise war sehr gut und professionell organisiert und durchgeführt. Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen waren alle Hotels sehr gut. Leider lagen Sie
häufig ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums, was nicht so schön war. Der Fahrer war immer freundlich, pünktlich und zuverlässig (grüssen Sie
ihn bitte von uns.
Leider waren nicht alle Guides deutschsprachig, was das Verständnis doch sehr erschwert hat.
Als absolut negativ haben wir empfunden, dass jeder Guide versuchte, uns zum Kauf irgendwelcher Waren zu animieren.

Insgesamt hat die Reise uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben viele neue und interessante Eindrücke mit nach Hause gebracht und werden noch lange an 3
schöne Wochen in Indien zurück denken. Auf jeden Fall werden wir bei Gelegenheit Ihre Firma weiter empfehlen!

nous sommes bien arrivés chez nous et nous n'avons pas réussi à le joindre par téléphone.

Par ailleurs, nous avons apprécié notre voyage et son excellente organisation.

Juste quelques points à améliorer. A Varanasi la visite de l'université et du temple Durga est trés décevante (visite extérieure seulement
et très courte) Il semble que le trajet en bateau de Ramnagar à Varanasi n'ait pas été payé par le guide mais uniquement par le pourboire que nous avons donné.

La voiture principale etait trop petite pour les bagages A Delhi, il faudrait commencer la visite plus tôt le matin (9h) A Agra nous avons demandé pour commencer la visite du Taj Mahal très tôt (7h15); ceci nous a permis de visiter Gwalior, ce qui aurait été impossible sinon.
